Refund Policy

At Zuha Surgical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged products
  • Any product not in its original condition or with missing parts

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at zuhasurgical@gmail.com.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was defective or the wrong item was delivered.
